After School Programs
MANGO Math now offers after school math programs and tutoring at our facility in historic downtown Snohomish, Washington. Students can enroll and start at any time, and can attend any of the available sessions each week.
Our after school math programs are structured around facilitated small group activities designed to grow each individual student’s math skills, comprehension and confidence. The programs utilize the MANGO math’s proven curriculum, which is based on national and state math standards.
The program is appropriate for elementary school age students (grades K-5). We also offer a pre-algebra curriculum and 1:1 tutoring for older students.
Registration is for 10 sessions over five weeks. Class times are Monday – Thursday 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.; and again from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. Students are free to attend any of the designated class times over whatever time period works best for them – the program is non-linear, and is meant to encourage your child’s awareness and understanding of core math concepts. This provides flexibility to build the program around whatever concept your student is working on in the classroom, and to address specific strengths and weaknesses.
Tutoring
We are now offering individual math tutoring for grades K-12 at our Snohomish Learning Center. Each tutoring session is one hour. Please contact us for scheduling of tutoring sessions.
