Shipping
Our Deluxe Math Crates are shipped by UPS standard ground delivery at a shipping cost of $24.99 per Math Crate. Our Math Totes are shipped by UPS standard ground delivery at a shipping cost of $9.99 per Math Tote. If you require expedited shipping or prefer a different shipping method, or require shipping outside of the United States, please contact us at info@mangomathgroup.com or call us at (425) 260-3221.
Orders are processed by 1AM for all orders placed in the last 24 hours (72 hours on Monday). All orders processed should normally ship within 3-5 business days. In the event an item is back-ordered or out of stock we will contact you with an expected shipping date. If an item on an order is on backorder, our policy is to hold the entire order until we can ship everything ordered. In those cases you will get an e-mail showing that the order contains a backordered item and you can tell us to split the shipment (ship what we have on hand now and ship the balance later).
Returns
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with any of our products for any reason, you may return the products within two weeks (14 days) of the invoice date by emailing us at info@mangomathgroup.com, stating the reason for the return. Within 2-4 business days you will be provided with a return authorization and a return address. If the reason for return is due to an error on our part in filling your order with the products you requested or if the product is defective we will assume postage, otherwise we will not.
After the return has been accepted, your credit card will be credited for what you were charged for the item returned minus the original shipping and handling fee, if any.
